Galleys, Grub and Grog

"Galleys, Grub and Grog" is a unit designed for Level Three students by Ms Hope Francis, Aspley State School, to help students understand the experiences of sailors on the Investigator during Matthew Flinders' circumnavigation of Australia. The emphasis is on shipboard food and health matters relating to the food. It meets outcomes in the Health and Physical Education, Science, and Studies of Society and Environment syllabuses.
